Is the first month really free?
Mostly, we give the rest of the rental month free. Unless we are close to the beginning of the next month. Ask our team for more details.
Do I need to sign a contract?
You will sign a rental agreement. This says you will not store illegal items, perform illegal activities, and pay you bill on time. You are not obligated to stay any length of time.
Do you sell insurance in case of incidentals?
We do not sell insurance, however, most home owners or renters insurance will cover off-site storage. Check with your home owners insurance provider for more information.
Do you give me a free disc lock?
We provide you a stainless steel disc lock to secure your units with. The first lock is free, subsequent locks are sold in the office.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! We write paper receipts for cash payments paid on site and digital receipts for credit or debit card transactions.
